Based in East Barnet.
Several tenants have plumbing problems.
Flushing hot water! Some need price for fitting dishwasher.
My Problem, posted last week is a sticking valve.
Will flush twice then no flow. If I press lever alongside water valve,water fills again.
How much would it cost to get it working again please?
 
Greatly reduce the water level which is currently does for you ;)
Spray all around the sticking valve with Kil-Rock (spray bottle version), leave for an hour or two then add water whilst doing whatever it is you do to get the float moving up and down.
(Bad idea to start another thread on the same problem as only confuses things)
