Open a tap go back to meter check dials are moving turn it off might be 1/4 turn only and should stop turning within 10 seconds

Yes, that should be yours, but double check before cutting into any pipework or disconnecting anything. What type of property is it?
It's a semi, my neighbour advised its ours and his is next to it, his internal stop tap is undersink but I can see one in ours and the previous owner has a built in washer so can't pull it out without cutting the plimf, so just wanted to check I can use the external one incase of an emergency

If your neighbour’s is under their sink, then yours might be similar, can you pull the plinth/kickboard down?

Bottom shelf eg cleaning supplies anything on the back of that ?

Have you checked the unit to the right in the bottom half of that one should be a cut out if there a stop tap but likely it’s behind the washer
