Good evening all,

I am having problems renewing my stopcock as I don’t seem to be able to find the size I am after.

I am running a new 22mm cold water main (existing is 15mm) to the loft in readiness for my boiler to be changed.

I have bought what I thought was the right size 25mm - 22mm stopcock but it seems the incoming MDPE pipe is smaller than 25mm and I don’t seem to be able to find a 20mm MDPE - 22mm Copper stopcock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use an iron stop tap eg 1/2stop tap

Then use a 20-1/2 mdpe adapter
Then 1/2 - 22mm male iron
