hi, ive got a bit of an issue with a job, hoping to get a bit of advice if i can.

this stuart turner 3bar shower pump is starting for a few seconds then cutting out.
i would just replace, but they cost over £300 so i think the client would rather not.
I am a plumber but have limited experience on shower pump breakdowns so does anyone know what the problem may be? Its in a relatively hard water area, could it be scaled up inside? havnt had chance to take it apart yet, maybe filters blocked?(if there are any)

any advice would be greatly received, many thanks.

Put a link between the two S1 terminals on the chocolate block - if pump works ok then it's probably the flow switch thats sticky / scaled up and needs cleaning or replacing.

Hope this helps
Blod
