Went to a Glow worm extra fast which think is a saunier duval in disguise which had a dodgy thermistor.

but why oh why is the pump head is facing the back of the boiler that must be a right git to change or bleed if you've got big hands like mine.

why would you design it like that.

Most goods and appliances are designed for easy assembly, not easy maintenance.

Heres your favoite job then bud, PRV on Junior/Si in a nice cupboard, the kitchen fitter thought resonable to leave a *** paper gap all round :bucktooth:

wb oil camray system boiler. Pump faces return pipe, right faff to bleed the pump.

burn it french carp

Glow-worm cxi I wonder which genius designed the condense siphon system, a pot thats very difficult to remove particularly if condense has leaked and rusted the torque screw in place, and poor quality hoses that split and leak dropping condense onto the plate heat ex, causing more corrosion.

Ideal Response Flow Switch position.
Ideal Response HW thermister tucked behind the fan.

And a real corker
Halstead Best 60 where the fan is held in with pop rivets

Any one of these beauties can spoil your day, I had all three yesterday:mad2:
