This has stopped working. Customer says it used to work. Can this be repaired/changed from the switch or do I need to go hunting for the bit on the pipe because a) that's where the fault likely is and/or b) you can't just change the switch bit.

If I have to change whole thing think I'll fit a proper valve but if the switches just have a shelf-life and the custard likes them I suppose may as well just put on new one.

Thanks

Fitted a few of these, one in my mums too no issues with any of them as far as I know, not got a clue if just swapping the switch will sort it out. Would be interested to know though. I'd probably quote to replace both switch and valve but would try just swapping the switch out first.

Just had a thought, have you tried turning the water off at the valve? There should be a switch on there too.

I have several of these never a problem. I have downloaded the diagrams of both ends to help you
