Hi guys removed boiler and system mate yesterday. Combi going in this morning. Which do I link to the pipe which comes off port a the low or the return? The old boiler had the return pipe labelled but boss reckons it was piped up wrong which has confsed me. He reckons the pipe that was labelled return was actually the flow. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the trv's if there bi direction with 2 arrows on it won't matter when fitting the combi which is flow or return.

Yeah got bi flo trvs. So port a pipe I should link to the pipe im using as my flow? Or does that not matter now

It may not matter as said. But if the pump is still in place out the wet vac on one of the pipes at the boiler end and see which one sucks at the pump end whichever way round pump was tells you which was flow from boiler.

All sorted thanks guys. Over thinking everything as usual!

Good man. Just have some confidence in what you do mate. You often ask questions in the arms and then answer it yourself.

Nothing wrong with double checking though!
