I'm keen to hear about other people's experiences with this. There seems to be a lot of information on grants etc out there but it's all very confusing.
I understand I have to pay an apprentice a minimum of £95 a week in the first year of their college course. I'm presuming this then goes up each year, but by how much?
From a business perspective, do they tend to stick around once they've completed their training, i.e. do you think there's a real long-term benefit?
