Afternoon all.

I need to offer all that have bought a TapMedic kit a sincere apology.

As of yesterday afternoon, the chap who lent us the money to get the business going, legally stole it from me and the others who had built it so he could get control of our patents. He used his experience & clout not to help the business but to rape it and then leave us with nothing.

So, as of today, if anyone hears of any wet plumbing work or maintenance in and/or around Leeds, Harrogate or York then I would truly appreciate a nod. Starving or not being able to pay my mortgage is not on my list of priorities

It turns out that this person never ever wanted the business to succeed. The plan all along was to leverage our naivity, watch us make mistakes and then use those mistakes against us as a blunt instrument.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for letting you guys down.

As he 'knows' corporate stuff, and we did some stuff wrong (out of simply not knowing what one is supposed to do) he used those instances to call in his money a year early. As we don't have that cash, we walks away with the assets - stock & our IP. AKA corporate rape.

They've lost (or had to give it away in lieu of cash) the Intellectual Property rights i.e Patents and any claim to the product.

Unless there is a clause in the contract surely even with the debt they have to give notice of wanting the debt back.

There are no friends in business. I feel for you. What does the law say about this? What is in your contract with this guy, is it all stacked in his favour? Read it very carefully, there may be something in there that will help you. Who drew up the contract?

You know something, the world is not as corrupt and sh1tty as people think.
The one thing we've seen through this whole experience is people emerging from the woodwork with all manner of valuable skills. We are genuinely astounded at the positivity of people, their deep desire to help us achieve justice and defeat this parasite.
