I've had an issue come up that I'd welcome some advice on.

Whenever I turn a tap on now (e.g. my bathroom sink), the other taps/outlets in the flat then also dribble (to various degrees). There are only a small number of outlets (1 bathroom sink, one shower, and one toilet).

I don't think it's a washer issue, as it happened overnight and it seems inconceivable that the washers have all gone within hours of each other. I have had issues with my boiler pressure (crud popped the bag that stabilised it), and am getting that fixed, as well as the power shower which had issues with the hot water (not sure whether those two are linked).

Any thoughts welcome. Thanks,

Rich

could be a few things

high incoming pressure (water pressure)
washers starting to go, and the increase when you shut a tap makes them drip/ pass
expansion (no where for the water to go due to fast shutting taps / 1/4 turn)
