terrible loud banging cold water side when toilets cistern fills up

i have very loud banging through pipes when toilets fills up also when washing machine calls for water and shuts off not all the time :32: new to forum. also struggling to navigate the forum help:32:

A washing machine usually shuts off pretty quick so if you have un clipped pipes and good water pressure it can cause the pipes to move. It can happen as well on certain float valves. If it's more like a vibrating sound when the cistern flushes then possible a brittle washer.

installed new toilet thats the main loud banging so would be new washer?,what about back flow preventer, as you can tell new to the game
