Thermo Evocyl 24/7 noise
Cylinder pump makes a noise 24/7 and is next to the bedroom. This is a brand new house and the noise actually keeps us awake at night. Plumber came and said that's just the way it is. Surely in this day and age a system isn't designed to make a noise permanently. Any advice on what to do next would be much appreciated. Neighbour has complained also with same problem.
