Thermostatic Head Stuck

Hi,

I've got a Drayton Thermostatic Head that is totally stuck on 0, i.e. can't twist it round. I've taken it off the radiator and it still won't twist at all, it's almost like it's locked somehow. Is there an easy way to free it? Thanks in advance.

Yes , go get a new one

Looks like it might have locking pins. The metal part between 0 and 28. Try removing the metal piece(s).
