Thermostatic shower - no cold feed

Can anyone help ... replaced a thermostatic shower with a new one (slightly different), reconnected it and have no cold water feed. Any suggestions? (and yes the cold water supply is turned on!)

Are the hot and cold feed pipes the correct way round?

what system is it set up on? did you flush the pipework, have you check for a faulty nrv or blocked filter?

providing the hot and cold are the right way round (cold should be on the right) I agree with Plumbstar, I had this problem the other day and it was the nrv's, just in case your wondering what a nrv is it is a non return valve.

If its seized it will not allow the flow of water. You may need a key to alter remove this. Otherwise it may get a little awkward
