Thoughts on this flue ?

Job I’m working at has had a new boiler I’m guessing vaillant or glow looking at the terminal

now I’m tempted to say something but I’m having second thoughts

If new vaillant ecofit, it should be 300mm above the ground and 200mm from internal corner. They need to dig down further a lot further and put a guard over it at least. Vaillant flues can be ran externally. Just use an elbow and bring it up the wall.
