toilet blocking

hi all got a job that the toilet keeps blocking up every 3/4 days fills up really fast ,mains pressure syphon ok water level in cistern checked outlet nothing in there no hanging baskets fallen in pan all other outlets runing freely from bath and sink ok drain clear could it be down to paper there using any help please thanks in advance

my daughter blocks the toilet regular with the amount of paper she uses lol,is it a b&q toilet because im sure there traps are shallow so block easier
