Toilet fill valve making vibration noise

My toilet fill valve makes vibration noise every time I flash it. It stops for a few seconds if I use my hand to stop the watch coming out from the fill valve. Anyone has any idea what the problem it could be? Thanks

Needs a new washer in the valve, it's gone hard.

Probably the original type, available from any DIY or Wilkos.;

Or get the valve replaced to a valve more suitable for high pressure.
Fluidmaster Pro B brass tail valves will be very quiet with a controlled fill

I never fix them anymore , just uneconomical to fix IMO

thank you all for the advice. I just got a fill valve replacement from Wilko. It is all quiet now.
