Hey I have a toilet fill valve that is missing the white plastic bit at the top that redirects the water from spraying straight upwards, instead in to the bottom of the cistern can these be bought seperatly?

Prob easier to swap the whole unit out or buy the same unit and take the bit off you need.

do you mean the elbow on top of a part 2 ballvalve? it has snapped off and probably lying under the syphon from my experience! if you can see it in the cistern TAKE IT OUT! or it will damage the syphon washer and the pan wont flush, as for the elbow, i think you have to buy the whole ballvalve, look to see if there is a piece of the elbow still in the ballvalve, if it still in there youl struggle to get it out! better off changing the whole ballvalve!!
