just been to a toilet when you flush it .it draines away very slowley. rodded all drains no blockage. if i was to put an air admitance valve on the pan connector would this solve the problem can any one help me out

its not a syphonic is it, where it fills up then drops away?

its been working fine up untill about a week ago then got solwer and slower iv been told i dont think its a syphonic one had rods down all drain pipes no blokage but the soil stack is a long way away about 20meters

20 metres? Is that right? I think the maximum length of a soil branch is 6m.

got to be a blockage somewhere most probably around the s bend in the pan itself.

easiest way, just put the plunger end on one drain rod and use that as a plunger while you flush.
