has anyone come across one of these

on a toilet i got the normal 15mm feed and on the other side of the cistern there is what looks like a 22mm pipe coming out of the wall but it slopes downwards to the base of the cistern it cant be an overflow

the only 22mm ive seen connected to cistern is overflow?!

Just because it slopes down to the cistern doesn't mean its not an overflow, lift the lid and look inside.
