Toll bridge violation

Crossing the Severn bridge I found out I only get charged for a car £5.60 and not for a van £11.20 if you go through an unmanned booth and pay contactless.

Had a letter through today they want the rest of the money and fees within 7 days

I would fight it. Telling them it is not your fault there is a glitch in their system.
