What do you lot make of this

Just had an invoice come in from speedy for £770 for the hiring of a crimping tool over 15 days

originally i went to brandons got a quote of £140 over same time scale but they never had one in at the time

Phoned speedy and they said they had one in stock and so i hired it assuming be around same price but nothing to outrageous

I dont usually use speedy but have had threaders in past over same timescale for about £240

have challenged this invoice but anyone been in same position in past ??

Too right they just banged you in on list! Call rep and shop. Tell them u use hire shops (more than u do) and they will probs discount ur next hire as. It's difficult to reverse an invoice, head office and accounts get jumpy if they refund invoices. Unless ur carillon!
