Well not quite but they are giving me endless problems, I did an online order with them for £154 added the £5 charge for next day before 12 delivery when I clicked the the payment button for £159 I got the message saying there has been a problem with your order for £154 I rang them and they said it was because I pressed the back button and cancelled the delivery option which i didn't do! they then cancelled the order but not the request for payment.:angry_smile:
The problem is my credit card company have reserved £159 for toolstation because they haven't let them know the order is cancelled ,toolstation customer service has to be the worst I've dealt with they just keep repeating the same old thing "my colleague says it's been cancelled there's nothing we can do" they don't listen when I explain the problem one even put the phone down on me.
My card company won't release the funds until they hear from toolstation the Knumbskulls at toolstation aren't interested in contacting my card company don't really know what to do now, that'll teach me for not using Williams:banghead:
