PTFE 10mm gland packing, Please can anyone advise torque settings for the 2 bolt system?

Always just nipped them up, with new packing in shouldn't need much (evenly obviously)
 
I have always just nipped them, if it doesn't leak it's ok ;) You could always speak to the manufacturer
