Towel Rad valve leak

Hi, got a leak from within the valve but can see no way of taking the cap off to see what's going on. End of cap looks to be moulded on. Any ideas?

If the leak is from the valve itself, you may need a replacement valve.
Depending on the valve, you may be able to get a valve repair kit, but the tools and parts required are expensive.
The cheapest option is to have the valve replaced.

cap should pull off with a bit of pressure, if there's a lever on it, it will unscrew to reveal an allan screw to be undone to allow cap to come off.

The chrome disc will unscrew at the end. Does it leak when turned off or on? If so its not possible to fix the packing gland on these. Better off with new.

Thanks chalked. Got cap off now. Is there any tightening I can do to solve? Looks like no leak when fully turned anti-clock

Yep, end cap should unscrew anticlockwise.
