towel rails

Does anyone on here no the reason why you dont put towel rails on ho****er side of the system anymore ?? i know was once upon a time it was common practice but am going to price a job up and towel rails are on the hw circuit on spec and i'm sure that there is a reason for not doing this practice anymore but for life of me i cant remember what it is!
