Hi all,
Scottish Gas / British Gas have 6 jobs available now for Trainee Gas Engineers in Aberdeen. These are great opportunities for people who have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Engineering role (Gas, Electrical or Mechanical) and ideally hold an NVQ / SNVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in an engineering discipline. We need you to have a full driving licence with 6 points or less for use within the UK.
We will provide full training towards NVQ/SNVQ Level 3 under continual assessment (not final exams) by our army of qualified assessors both in the training centre and on real jobs in customers' premises. Training is on a block-release basis at the academy, with the remainder working with a qualified mentor which enables you to gain valuable experience on the district. When your training is complete, you will be required to achieve ACS accreditation and you will then begin a process of support and guidance designed to ease you gradually into the full role of a Technical Engineer.
There is a great starting salary and full range of benefits including a vehicle, pension and share schemes.
If you fit the bill, please click here to apply. Click here to apply
If you know anyone who may be interested, please spread the word! PM me as usual if you have any questions.
Thanks as always
