Has anyone had problems with this course?

Have done a hell of a lot of work in the past 6 months to be now be told that they only do the practical training in Leeds and in the Kent area.

Was sold this package by the rep who twice repeated to my wife and I that they had a centre in Glasgow. The main reason that I asked was because I cannot stay away from home for this sort of thing for personal reasons.
Have been SERIOUSLY MISS-SOLD this package 6 months down the line and wonder if anyon else has anything to add.
If I knew this in the begining I would have cancelled forthwith.

Did it really take you 6 months on this course to figure out that they dont to the practical stuff? does sound very annoying tho, but its a bitter pill to swallow, go to leeds.

Hi Mate, sorry to make you feel worse, but many of these courses only capitalise on peoples desires to become a plumber due to inaccurate press releases that plumbers earn £50k. After completing these courses even if you manage to attain gas qualifications you'll find it almost impossible to get a job as a plumber, especially in Scotland .As employers dont recognise these quals.. nor would they take a gamble on the huge lack of practical experience... They make a mockery of apprenticeships, damage the plumbing industry. The only winner is the course organisers.£££££
