Tricking water in cistern

My cistern is trickling water and I’ve tried altering the fill level but no change.
any help greatly appreciated.
i do have a video of the issue but can’t upload on here.

Duff rubber diaphram in valve. Depending on type of valve, doew it stop if you lift float up.

No it doesn’t. Any chance I could email you a video and you’ll be able to see and hear the issue?
Appreciate any help you can give as its driving me up the wall!

As rpm says Diaphragm in fill valve could perished.

Change the valve is the easiest option . Kop
