Very recently had a garage side extension on our house and now the boiler flue is too close to the wall.
the boiler was fitted about 5 years ago and wasn’t touched when we did the extension.

I need to get a plumber to change it but would like to have a plan before they come, can anyone give me some suggestions.

I don’t have any room inside to move it higher.

The boiler is a valliant Ecotec.

Move the boiler inside the garage

Also the gutters shouldn’t be designed to discharge into the stack like that

It could be run internally and then come through the middle of the tiles on the roof for a vertical flue.
What distance would it need to be from the 1.Wall 2.Roof tiles 3.Top window

Remove terminal flue piece, install straight, then elbow up, then straight, then another elbow, then terminal piece.

Needs to be supported, collars sealed and from memory, terminal piece must be no shorter than 450mm.

There’s also a chance that white flue can’t be run outside in 60/100 diameter, I’ve only done it in 80/125.
