Hi guys I'm running 63mm twin wall and insulated 25mm pipe for a new supply, is the twin wall compliant with running through a wall or under foundations or does it have to go through a section of soil pipe at the point of wall/foundation, cheers in advance

I would have a sleeve going through first but need to check with a structural engineer/ building control first in case the footings need to be altered
