UK-Repair Guaranteed work contracts

Hi, i am sure you guys have all had random emails from company's offering a guaranteed amount of work for a contract fee,i have received one recent recently from a company called UK-REPAIR offering me a guaranteed 400 cp12's along with any additional work which may arise from these.have any of you done this or know of anyone that have entered into one of these contracts,a guaranteed 20k+ work for 2k doesn't sound bad as you can soon pay that with advertising but I am very weary of things like this and always think they are probably a scam,there i would be interested hear of any experiences or info on these type of contracts.

I would avoid it like the plague mate. 99.9% of the time these things are a con. Googling uk-repair brings up nothing obvious on the first page which would worry me instantly.

thanks guys for your replies,as I thought probably a scam,I have had at least 4 of these offers this year all offering me 400 cp12's and would like to find someone that has had a go at it to see how it worked out.
