Has anyone attended one or planing on going to a training day.. Is it worth doing

i did look at glowworm's training centres but there were none in my area, glasgow so i gave it a miss. heard good reports about there training too.

I lost a job recently as Worcester offered an extra couple of years warranty if you use one of their approved installers. Job was worth £3k....so yes I think it's worth it & I intend on doing a couple of manufacturers courses next year.

Nearest one to me is 1 hour away , so busy at the moment , but think it's worth a look.

do glowworm not have a training room in South Lanarkshire College, East Kilbride any more?

It is worth it- went several years ago but booked to go again as I install these mostly - If you are member of their club energy you get it free after 5 purchases plus a 5 year guarantee.
Then again I live near Belper so its easy for me - thats why I fit them so often. By sticking to the same make I know the boiler and its problems.

I would only fit a glowworm if the cust was adamant that they wanted a GWorm. Terrible boilers. Cheap and nasty bags of rubbish

good course quite good boiler hands on but the best manufacturer course i have been on is the ideal logic you fully strip the boiler the worcester on good as well.
