Water Underfloor heating only 1 circuit out of 5 is working can anyone help urgently, originally out of 5, 4 circuits were working, then we called polygen as the insurance company suspected that there was a leak as the boiler was loosing pressure, but no leak, but after polygen investigated and tested everything ie gas tests etc, only 1 circuit is working now, plus boiler is fine not even losing pressure. i have done a power flush which did not make any difference, still 1 circuit out of 5 is working. The little cups on the maniflow are gone black and u cant see the flow rate. I think when this was fitting over a year ago the fitters did not put any chemical in it. The make of the underfloor maniflow is dimsey and they dont come out, ive tried alot of engineers who dont even know what to do, please can anyone help or recommend someone i would really appreciate it, i live in north london, thanks

If black you've probably got bacterial growth. You need to have each circuit flushed with an aggressive biocide.

Once clean refil with 10% of AF10. Then balance out the floors. Check pump isn't deed. Norf landan bit out of my range

thanks for the quick reply, would you know anyone that covers edgware, middlesex, north london as all the power flushers i got they only said they only flush from the boiler and not hte circuits

Just hire one. Then connect pipes to flusher or ask one of the SOvnerz on here to have a look in the looking for a plumber section.
