Hi, ive recently had underfloor heating installed and two of the zones are governed by a digital programmable thermostat, a Polypipe PB PZP. I have tried to turn the heating down from the makers pre set temp (21 degrees) but the temp still remains high and the unit constanly click (which indicates Heating Demand). I have followed the instructions to the word and dont know if the thermostat is broke or just not very good, any help and advice would be great.

A common mistake is that people tend to overtighten thermostat housings thinking this will prevent a leak. When this can actually cause a leak by warping the housing. A little black silicone on the gasket is also helpful.

Hi, thanks for the replys. Ive now got it sorted. The plumber had wired up the sensor for a wet room and this was confusing the thermostat, just had to disconnect two wires and hey presto. Cheers
