Well what a funny couple of days.

Got a call last week, new customer, wanted a radiator off for plastering. I said Monday, late on. Late on Monday I wish I had said I was too busy. Anyway I turned up, the rad valve was passing, froze it and fitted new trv whilst there. Cust happy, pays me and i'm just about to go. I get the we have loads of issues finding a plumber and its nice for one to turn up. We need 5 new radiators, 2 unvented cylinders, 2 en-suites and a bathroom doing.
Funny how being bothered about a little job can help.

Then this morning I get a call, we have fitted 12 unvented cylinders, by a gas safe engineer but he doesn't have his g3. How much to commission, all 12 in one visit. Said I will get back to him. Not thinking so much about costing, but more around getting my documentation cast iron.

Hmmmm.

Just phoned back, wanted me to sign off the electrics as well. Sounds well dodgy tbh. Think I'm well out of that one. Had my doubts before phoning back.

I was a tough suspicious at first but seemed genuine, i even remember entering the competition
