hi All,

Been called by a customer who’s just moved in and there unvented cylinder is in the basement along with a D2 pipe that terminates in the floor. The want it sorted so that any discharge can go outside (probably a 10 meter run and up one floor obviously). There’s no waste stack running through the basement.

There’s no sort of pit for a sump pump but I could possibly put a metal break tank in for one.
What I’d really like is a high temperature style condense pump. Anyone got any recommendations for this or another better solution?
Thanks in advance.

Agree only option other than custom is pump house unvented pump

Or just stick it in a condense pump like the recent thread on here :)

10m horizontal then up 3m ? Don`t know the specs on the Pump House one but be careful and take into account the elbows in the run.
