unvented direct hot water cylinder.

whats the lifespan of the expansion vessel, went to check the pressure and water is seaping out of the valve. only had the vessel replaced 3 years ago with th same problem. is it a diy job

you,ve been unlucky,you need to be qualified to work on unvented systems,and its a legal requirement.they can be deadly if 1 not fitted right,or 2 not maintained,
so i would,nt touch it,if i was you
