Hi all,

It's an oil fired system - Warmflow 50/70 boiler with an expansion vessel attached but the pressure guage keeps dropping over time to almost zero. The expansion vessel and boiler are situated at end of garden about 20 meters from the house so I assume there must be a leak in pipework running up the garden. It's been like this for some time according to the owner and with no sign of any leaks in house , it must be outside ? What you think guys?
