I have a query regarding tightness testing to UP1a. Should the regulator be bypassed whilst testing an existing installation? Section 5.7.1 says by pass components but i am being told that does NOT include the regulator? Can anyone shed some clearer light on this please?

What pressures your testing at

strength testing yes meter and reg should be removed
