Hi, We ran out of oil yesterday and have had a delivery today, however the boiler will not re-start. Any ideas?

look on the fuel pump for the letter p put an allen key in the allen screw and lossen until you get fuel oil out of it tighten it back up and re start the boiler with the reset buton on the burner

As per Fireblade's comment but you'll need a fair amount of oil coming out as there'll be some in the burner and pump already. If there's a long sticky outy thingy on the left of the burner (a hexagon shape with a round black piece in it) you can bleed the oil from here using a 4mm allen key and kitchen towel.

Hi, Heating and water back!!! Many thanks for all of your help
