vailiant ecotec pro heat only boiler the boilers is making a whistling noise from the burner chamber its worse when the boiler heats up from cold any ideas??

posssible first things to check would be the fan and pump

thank will check fan but pump has just been replaced

i had the same problem on a 418 . it must be the fan , very noisey outside , near flue , it not all ways doing it .

fitted it last week , had a call from owners today , telling me about it , had a look , no noise on my vist , told them to call vaillants .
