Vaillant 824 e heating issue but he OK

Any common issues to look for as he is OK but no heating
1.took of timber n linked 3 and 4 and nothing
2. checked diverter and when powered up does nothing to report etc itself
This leads me time think it must be the board not giving signal to move diverter away from hot water function.

Any help welcome as I'm gonna be visiting again in the morning as they r OK with hwang just for the night.

a guess

no heating but ok hot water

took timer off and link 3 and 4 (live and SL)

diverter doesn't move when heating is selected

does the diverter move with hot water?
