My water pressure keeps dropping. I have topped up the water but still happening
 
You have a leak somewhere
 
Check all the rad valves to start off with, how quickly are you loosing pressure?
 
Check all the obvious fist.
Check all visual fittings, check pipe outside from pressure relief valve.
Not necessary a leak as said above, it may be a faulty PRV or Expansion vessel lost its charge.
