Got a problem with an ecotech 630.
set the control stat to 70degrees, but runs at 80!
I know it can rise a bit , but it will run at this temp.

Any ideas?
 
The Ecotec will fire to to 5 degrees above set point and re fire 2 degrees below although they were talking about changing that to 5 degrees below
 
Has anyone altered the parameters by accessing the menu/interface
 
Yes I have but it was the first one I did and a royal PIA if im frank. Had to refer to MI every 5 seconds to navigate the menus.
Great boiler (ecotec 837) but give me a logic/+ for simplicity

Same here, the first one I did took two of us, one reading out the manual and the other pressing the buttons:confused5:
