Vaillant Ecotec 418 problem

Got called to this boiler today and after a lot of fiddling about with controls etc I said that I'd come back in the morning to have a better look - it was 8:30pm after all

The thing is that the tenant has messaged me saying that the water did come on for about 15 minutes and then went off. It's displaying codes:

S.7 - pump overrun
S.3 - ignition sequence

Any ideas?
I'm not that familiar with Vaillant products so haven't a clue really.

S is really just the sequence so you can see which stage it's getting to. Are there any f codes

Thanks Riley. Don't know what f codes are showing as yet. I got the S code info from the tennant. I'll have a look when I get to it this afternoon.
