Vaillant Ecotec 637 not igniting

Hi there,

You lot were brilliant with the last problem I posted about so I'm hoping you can help me again.

We have woken up this morning to no heating. There is no error message on the boiler but it simply won't ignite. It makes the ignition noise but then cuts out.

If anyone can help with a suggestion, that would be great.

Has now come on all by itself! No apparent reasons (had previously checked timers, thermostats, manual reset etc). Never mind. Hopefully just one of those things...

if its run out of gas it would have an error code

check your controls and make sure nobody has fiddled with the room stat etc, I've had emergency call where this was all it was
