Vaillant Ecotec 937 no hot water

Hi, this is my first post and am hoping someone can help me with a problem I've got. I've got a vaillant Ecotec 937 with the storage pack its 3 years old and has been fine up till now. I am not getting no hot water at all, the boiler fires up when I open the hot tap and the plate heat exchanger gets red hot the boiler temp reaches 80 odd degrees and cuts out. I've removed the plate heat exchanger and descaled it, it was fairly clean and nothing to stop it from working. I put it back and still no hot water, I have checked the diverter valve actuator and it is working in heating and hot water and I take it the valve it's self is working as the plate is getting red hot. I've turned off warm start and it makes no difference, am I right in thinking it could be the dreaded issue to do with the storage pump or pcb? Does this pump run even with warm start off?? I've looked in the book and the diagram looks as though it needs to run to be able to get a flow through the plate. I've checked the pcb and I'm getting 240v on x12 which is the feed to the pump but whether a its seized or not I don't know. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

I've already spoken to vaillant and they said the warranty is only 2 years, it also says this in the manual.

It's only 5 years if installed by an advance installer, and by the sounds of it, it would be too old to be eligible anyway.

Advice is to get a registered gas engineer who's very familiar with Vaillants.

Think this will have been answered 2.5 years down the line and please do not encourage diy boiler maintenance on the open forum. Cheers
