Has anyone got a digital copy of these or do you know where to find them?
Not having any luck with Google and the Vaillant site.

:1eye:

Does it fix to the wall down each side or across the top/middle
Its to replace a boiler with balanced flue

Theres a plate that screws to the wall, a bit wider than the normal one. your frame hangs on that + 2 screws either side at bottom. then boiler hangs on that. I usually find when replacing square flued boilers my new bracket lands were the big hole is. so i rip out, brick up then hang the next day.

i dont like fitting anything heavier than a picture on thermolite.let alone a boiler.

Really? I fit boilers on it all the time. I cut the block so it wedges in the hole, cut it at an angle so it gets tighter as you knock it in. Plaster with a mix of sand cement and plaster. You could core drill it after 30 mins absolutely solid
