hi everyone, new to this forum and hope you don't mind me posting on here but i think you guys are my last hope before getting a engineer out.

we have recently had a vaillant eco-pro 28 installed along with a VRT 360F thermostat, since then the boiler has worked for hot water but not for central heating, before the thermostat was attached the heating worked so we know its not a problem with the boiler.

anyway its been warm so we haven't really bothered about it until now, with the weather changing. i can't get it to work, i think the problems with the receiver rather than the control unit. the LED on the receiver is indicating a red light which from the manuals is a eBus error but i don't know where to go from there, the manual gives no guidance.

i was just wondering if any of you guys could point us in the right direction,

thanks

well the right direction would be the guy that fitted the boiler

yeah its either lost pressure in the system or the unit has lost its signal can't remember which? but i've had it simple to fix
